:GRADUATE ATTRIBUTES
Upon successful completion of an undergraduate Nursing education program, the graduates will have the following criteria:
1- Clinical Competence: Nursing program graduates should demonstrate the ability to apply theoretical knowledge and clinical skills in various healthcare settings to provide safe and effective patient care
2-Professionalism and Ethical Practice: Graduates should adhere to ethical standards, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain confidentiality and respect for patients' rights and dignity.
3-Scholar: Using the medical knowledge and health research to meet the needs of patients, healthcare system, and society.
4-Patient Education and Health Promotion: Graduates should be able to educate and empower patients and their families about health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care management.
5-Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial in nursing practice. Graduates should be able to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and the healthcare team, and effectively document and report patient information.
6-Collaboration and Teamwork: Nursing is a collaborative profession. Graduates should be able to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team, respecting and valuing the contributions of other healthcare professionals.
7-Leadership and Management: Graduates should possess leadership skills to advocate for patients, facilitate change, and effectively manage healthcare resources, including prioritizing care and delegating responsibilities
